Detox between FIT6 stages
Each FIT6 stage begins with a detox period of between 1 and 3 days. During the detox period, no food supplements are administered and the meals must be easily digestible.
The structure of the meals in the FIT6 detox
Click on each meal of the day to familiarize yourself with the correct way to perform the detoxification phase of the FIT6 program.
In fruit and vegetable smoothies, you can add the contents of a NUTRICODE Beauty Detox capsule for extra vegetable protein.
During the detox phase, we encourage you to consume 2 liters of liquids (water, Nutricode Detox Herbal Infusion tea , Nutricode Skinny Herbal Infusion tea , hibiscus tea, chamomile tea, mint tea)
Breakfast
A smoothie from the recommended list below.
First taste
A portion of fruit according to the list of allowed foods from stage 1 and 10 almonds or 5 walnuts. We also recommend a 200ml infusion of Nutricode Skinny Herbal Infusion or Detox Herbal Infusion.
Lunch
A salad of raw vegetables (from the list of vegetables allowed in stage 1) with the addition of vegetable protein. Vegetable proteins such as: spirulina (you can add the contents of two Beauty Detox capsules), quinoa, soy, nuts, peas, seeds, beans)
Second snack
15 almonds or 5 walnuts (10 halves). We also recommend a 200ml infusion of Nutricode Skinny Herbal Infusion or Detox Herbal Infusion.
Dinner
A smoothie from the recommended list below. You can also add flax seeds or 4 halves of walnut kernels.
