Products and package contents
At each step, nutritional and dietary supplement changes are implemented according to the goal and stage of the program.
In the 2nd stage of the FIT6 program, new permitted foods are introduced. The action of the Slim Body System supplement creates satiety and reduces appetite - the action of the supplement is supported by glucomannan.
- Glucomannan, contained in the basic dietary supplement in stage 2, is a water-soluble polysaccharide that is considered a dietary fiber that increases its volume once it reaches the stomach, so the portion of food is necessary to decrease. The basic supplement ( Slim Body System ) acts as a "gastric balloon" to reduce the volume of the stomach and balance the appetite.
- Adjuvant supplements are recommended according to the needs of the participant: Nutricode Drena Plus (for water retention), Nutricode Active Burn Fat Killer (for accelerating metabolism and burning) or Nutricode Cellufight (for cellulite and skin firmness problems).
Participants in the program are advised not to exceed the consumption of 160-180 gr. food allowed/main meal.
