The FIT6 program is a food reeducation program, in 3 steps and 6 stages:

  • the first step is represented by the first stage in which the food plan together with Nutricode supplements helps the body to detoxify, deacidify and lose volume;
  • the second step is represented by stages 2 - 5 in which the main objective is weight loss, toning the body and improving well-being;
  • the 3rd step is stage 6-7 toning and maintaining the results achieved.

Within each stage you will receive a 30-day food plan and food supplements specific to the stage you are in.

What does the package ordered for 2 months contain?

What does the ordered package for 3 months contain?

  • The package contains the basic FIT6 supplements for the first 3 months of the program ( Inner Balance , Slim Body System and Vitality Boost )
  • The food plan for the first stage in physical format and the food plan for stages 2-3 in electronic format through the assigned Consultant;
  • Adjuvants required for each stage of FIT6 :

IMPORTANT! It is important, if after the 2-3 months with FIT6, the ideal weight is achieved, to purchase the stage for Maintenance. Also, after the 3 months of the FIT6 Program, the program can be continued to continue the weight loss, in this case the following stages are purchased individually.

* the results may vary from participant to participant; they are influenced by BMI (body mass index), age, gender and the manner of compliance with the food plan imposed by the FIT6 program.
