RED BEET SMOOTHIE

SMOOTHIE CU SFECLA ROȘIE
This beetroot smoothie is ideal for getting extra antioxidants and, in addition, it is extremely easy to make and you will need ingredients that you probably already have:

  • 50 g beetroot
  • 1 small apple
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 300 ml of water

You mix everything in the blender and you get a satisfying smoothie, full of super-ingredients for your health.

Duration : 2 minutes
Difficulty : easy
