This smoothie is also perfect to be served as a quick breakfast or as a delicious sweet snack between meals. Here's what you need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
  • 80 grams of fruit of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, etc.)
  • 150 ml of almond milk

You mix all the ingredients in the blender for a minute and that's it - you've got a delicious smoothie in less than 5 minutes.
