  • 200 ml vegetable milk
  • 1 banana
  • 30 grams of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Mix everything in the blender, put the mixture in a smoothie glass and...enjoy a nutritious and delicious breakfast / snack.
