SUPER BREAKFAST SHAKE

SUPER-SHAKE DE MIC-DEJUN
For this berry smoothie you will need:
  • 100 ml vegetable milk
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 150 g berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 50 g blueberries
  • Optionally, a tablespoon of chia seeds

You put all the ingredients in the blender and mix them until you get a creamy mixture - the berry smoothie is among the most loved smoothie options, being not only filling and delicious, but also extremely nutritious. It will give you energy and keep hunger at bay for a good few hours, especially if you add chia seeds.
