My order has a missing or damaged product
Has the package arrived and a product is missing or one of the products arrived damaged? You have 24 hours from receiving the parcel to make the notification, otherwise the request will not be taken into account.
In order to approve a notification, it is necessary to send us, within 24 hours after the delivery of the package, to sesizare@fmworldcosmetics.ro , photos of the received package, of the products in the package, of the defective product (if applicable), photos of the invoice and information about your notification.

I am on my first order on the website. What is the course?
We are glad to have you along! After placing the order on our website, we will contact you by phone within 48 hours to confirm the order.
After placing the order, we will generate an email (email subject: "Confirm your registration to FM WORLD Club") in which you will have a link that you must click to generate the customer number.
Together with the customer number, you will receive a password (one-time password), consisting of 6 digits, which you must communicate to our consultant in order to process your order.
The FM WORLD customer number gives you direct access to our products, access to offers and the incentive and reward programs we run.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
After placing the order and its confirmation by the consultant who will contact you by phone (only for the first order on the website), you will receive the order in 4-6 working days.
For international orders, delivery takes 5-10 working days.
What is the shipping price?
ROMANIA : The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the package and the value of the order.
- orders up to 320 lei and 5 kilograms, the delivery cost is 6.5 EURO
- orders over 320 lei and up to 5 kilograms the delivery cost is 1.5 EURO
- orders between 5 and 10 kilograms (under 320 lei) the delivery cost is 12 euros
- orders between 5 and 10 kilograms (over 320 lei) the delivery cost is 6.5 euros.
EUROPE : The cost of delivery is given by the payment method of the order and the value of the order. The price varies between 5.5 euros and 15 euros.
How do I pay for the placed order?
For Romania, Germany and Italy, the order is paid in cash, upon receipt of the parcel.
For international orders, after placing the order, you will receive payment instructions - you will be able to pay the order by card (for all countries) or by bank transfer (for selected countries). Our consultant will give you all the details.
Can I order if I'm in another country?
Yes, you can order from anywhere in the world! If you are located in Europe the delivery cost varies between 1.5 euros and 15 euros and for the rest of the world (if we do not have a local branch) the delivery varies between 50 euros and 100 euros.
At the moment, for Europe we deliver the order from Poland; for Spain and Portugal from Spain; for the USA and Canada from the USA; for UK from UK; for Germany, Austria, Switzerland from Germany and for Belgium from Belgium; for Australia from Australia.
Are the products tested on animals?
No, FM WORLD products are not tested on animals.
Will I have a consultant to guide me?
At the time of placing the order on our website, you will be assigned to an experienced Consultant who will guide you in using the products and choosing the most suitable solutions for you.
Where are the ordered products delivered from?
The products are delivered from Poland, by FM World Distribution spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością ul. Żmigrodzka 247, 51-129 Wrocław, Polska.
Orders placed from countries where there is a FM WORLD branch, will be shipped by the local branch.
Do I have any obligations if I become a Brand Partner?
As a Partner you have no obligation to place monthly orders or pay administrative fees. Your obligation is to pay for the products you order for yourself and your customers, the uncollected order leads to the suspension of the Partner account.
Also, in order to maintain Partner status it is necessary to place at least 1 order per year worth 100BP.
Can I order the products by company, like PFA/SRL?
Yes it's possible. Along with signing up as a Brand Partner, the distribution contract and the membership form are signed. These documents together with the administrator ID, registration certificate, bank account, tax residence certificate will be sent in original to the FM WORLD headquarters in Romania.
