Products and package contents
Once the goal is achieved, maintenance is essential.
It doesn't matter what stage you are at. It is important to reach your goal! What we expect from MAINTENANCE is the gradual preparation of the body for the consumption of food of all kinds. Our main goal is to make the body more "tolerant" so that we can apply less restrictive nutritional principles and stabilize the weight without the yo-yo effect!
RECOMMENDATION : We recommend maintaining the maintenance phase for at least 2 consecutive months.
During the last stage, the consumption of nutritional supplements is gradually reduced or replaced with multivitamins. The goal is to avoid edema and fluid retention in the body to normalize metabolism. The weight stabilizes in a few weeks. It is normal for there to be slight fluctuations during this time - both weight gain and weight loss.
Participants in the program are advised not to exceed the consumption of 200 gr. allowed food/main meal.
After completing the maintenance phase, participants are advised to maintain the healthy principles learned throughout the FIT6 weight loss program for life.
