For example, the price of a product in the catalog is 100 RON and your price is 70 RON, so you save/earn 30 RON immediately.
Between 300 and 1199 points
Magnolia 3%
Accumulate monthly orders, personal or with your team of Brand Partners, of at least 300 points/minimum 80 EURO and you receive 3% of the accumulated volume.
How is the commission calculated? Total number of points x 3% x 1.12 RON. This calculation applies if Brand Partners do not have a minimum of 300 order points themselves.
Between 1200 and 3599 points
Magnolia 6%
Accumulate monthly orders, personal or with your team of Brand Partners, of at least 1200 points/minimum 320 EURO and you receive 6% of the accumulated volume.
If the Brand Partners in your structure have orders of at least 300 points, they have the level of 3% - so the commission due to you from them is 6% - 3% = 3%.
Between 3600 and 7199 points
Magnolia 9%
Accumulate monthly orders, personal or with your team of Brand Partners, of at least 3600 points/minimum 950 EURO and you receive 9% of the accumulated volume.
Starting with this level you have the possibility of doubling the commission earned for 2 months/year through the global Welcome Home motivation program. What should you do? Help 6 first-generation Brand Partners have orders of at least 300 points.
Between 7200 and 11999 points
Magnolia 12%
Accumulate monthly orders, personal or with your team of Brand Partners, of at least 7200 points/minimum 1900 EURO and you receive 12% of the accumulated volume.
Starting with the 12% level, through the motivation programs Welcome Home, Active Recruitment and Trampoline to success your income is considerable - reaching up to 650 euros.
Between 120000 and 20399 points
Magnolia 15%
Accumulate monthly orders, personal or with your team of Brand Partners, of at least 12000 points/minimum 3200 EURO and you receive 15% of the accumulated volume.

Magnolia 18%
Accumulate monthly orders, personal or with your team of Brand Partners, of a minimum of 20400 points/minimum 5500 EURO and you receive 18% of the cumulative volume.
Starting with this level, you will be able to benefit, in addition to the motivation programs you are already used to, to qualify for a monthly bonus for the payment of leasing/car transport of 150 EURO.
Over 30,000 points
Golden Magnolia
Accumulate monthly orders, personal or with your team of Brand Partners, of at least 30,000 points/minimum 8,000 EURO and you receive 21% of the accumulated volume.
in addition, through the Welcome Home program, you receive an additional 500 euros/month if 6 PBs from the first generation reach the 9% level with 5000 points/each; also, the bonus for the car increases to 270 euros/month.
Motivation programs 2023
Incentive programs aim to increase earnings and motivation of Brand Partners - thus by achieving clear objectives, PBs can achieve additional earnings by promoting FM WORLD products and business opportunities.
It is addressed to new Brand Partners and offers a downward discount, applied to the price already discounted by the Partner, between 20% and 10% - starting from the first day after registration.
