Summer salad with smoked salmon

Salată de vară cu somon afumat

ingredients

  • 100 g rocket leaves
  • 100 g of lettuce
  • 220 g of smoked salmon
  • ½ red pepper
  • 5 black olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • salt

Preparation
Wash all the vegetables. Cut the lettuce leaves into julienne strips. Cut the red pepper and salmon into thin strips. Remove the pits from the olives and cut them into slices. In a salad bowl, place the arugula leaves, lettuce, pepper strips and smoked salmon strips. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and mix. Serve garnished with chopped chives and olive slices.
