- 4 egg whites
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- vanilla essence
- 10 nuts of your choice
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a steam bath. Beat the egg whites until foamy. Slowly mix the egg whites into the melted chocolate. Mix from top to bottom. Add a few drops of vanilla essence and mix well. Ladle into individual bowls and refrigerate. They are served garnished with coarsely chopped dried fruits.
