ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 green pepper
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- lime juice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- pepper to taste
- vinegar or lemon juice
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 sprig of coriander
- 150 g asparagus
- wooden skewers
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Dice the pineapple, onion and pepper. Build a skewer by interspersing cubed chicken with pepper, onion, pineapple and tomato. Crush the garlic cloves with salt, pepper, lime juice, basil, mint and coriander. Place the skewers on the grill and brush them with the sauce. Place the asparagus on the grill. Serve the skewers with the asparagus and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
