Gourmet coffee from Indonesia AURILE Selection

Recommended quantities:
- 160 ml of water for a cup of coffee
- 10 grams of ground coffee (2 teaspoons/for one cup)

Heat water by measuring the desired amount with a cup. The kettle is put on moderate heat.
When the water reaches a high temperature (about 90 degrees), but has not yet boiled, add ground coffee and mix until smooth. If necessary, at this point you can also add sugar or you can put it after the preparation.
It is important to add ground coffee when the water is hot and not before, not in cold water. Also, the coffee must not reach boiling point (boiling) because they will lose the coffee flavors.
Remove the kettle from the heat when air bubbles start to appear on the edge of the kettle (when it swells). Then let it cool for 1 minute and it can be served.
