Cod fillet stuffed with ham

ingredients

  • 2 slices of cod
  • 100 g ham without visible fat
  • half a green pepper
  • half a red pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • oregano
  • salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 toothpicks
  • 150 g green asparagus


Preparation
Divide the cod slices in half. Place the ham slices on top of the cod, roll and close with wooden toothpicks. Place the chopped garlic, the peppers cut into thin strips and the onion cut into half moons on a baking tray. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and bay leaves and mix well. Place the rolls from the cod slices with ham on top, sprinkle with a drop of olive oil. Bake for 45 minutes at 160 degrees. Accompany stuffed cod with grilled asparagus.
