Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Shred the cauliflower, carrot and onion in a chopper or blender. Add the eggs, oatmeal, herbs, salt, pepper and mix very well. Transfer to a bowl and add the grated cheese. Grease your hands with olive oil and shape the dough into a hamburger shape. Place the burgers on a tray lined with baking paper and place in the preheated oven. Serve with valerian salad and grated carrot.
