- 80 g of canónigos salad
- 50 g red cabbage
- 1 cucumber
- ½ onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 piece cooked or grilled turkey roast
- olive oil
- salt
- vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation
Wash all the vegetables. Separate the canónigos lettuce leaves. Clean the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Cut the onion into half moons. Cut the tomato into small slices. Cut the red cabbage into fine julienne strips. Shred pre-cooked or grilled roast turkey. In a bowl add all the vegetables and the shredded turkey steak. Season with oil, salt and vinegar or lemon juice.
