ingredients
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 4 sheets of nori seaweed for sushi
  • 125 g cooked prawns
  • 150 g of salmon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 green salad leaves
  • ¼ mango
  • 2 sprigs of chives
Preparation
Cut all the ingredients into long strips, except for the shrimp and salmon. Lay out the cloud kelp sheets. Divide the avocado strips between 2 seaweeds. Add the shrimp, chives and pepper. Roll tight. Repeat the process with the remaining seaweed, but using the smoked salmon and mango.

Note: Be careful not to exceed the amount of fruit recommended in your FIT6 Program.
