Refreshing smoothie bowl

Bol smoothie revigorant

ingredients

  • 80 g frozen red berries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • various seeds (optional)
  • grated coconut (optional)
  • natural red berries (optional)

Preparation
Add the frozen red fruits, frozen banana and water and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained; Place in a deep bowl or plate and decorate with seeds to taste and/or grated coconut and/or natural red fruits.

Note : Breakfast with fruit should only be eaten twice a week. It should be avoided in people who have great difficulty losing weight.
