Cake with cocoa and spinach

ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 200 g of spinach
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• half a cup of cocoa
• Optional: stevia

Preparation
Grind the oatmeal until you get flour. Cook the spinach in water. When the spinach is cooked, chop it. Mix the spinach, oatmeal, eggs and cocoa. Homogenize very well. It can be sweetened with stevia. At the end, add the teaspoon of baking powder. Put it in a round shape and put it in the oven.
