Papaya stuffed with omelette

ingredients

• half a papaya
• 1 egg
• 2 egg whites
• 1 dessert spoon of cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

Preparation
Scoop out the seeds from half the papaya. Beat the egg together with the 2 egg whites and add the dessert spoon of cinnamon. Place the egg with the whites in a non-stick pan. We mix slowly until we get the desired texture. Fill the inside of the papaya with the scrambled eggs.
