ingredients

• ⁠300 gr oat flour
• ⁠5 gr of bicarbonate
• ⁠26 gr of psyllium bran
• ⁠4 gr of salt
• ⁠15 g of lemon juice
• ⁠360 gr of water

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. During this time, mix the oat flour with the amount of salt and bicarbonate.

In a separate bowl, put the water, lemon juice over which the psyllium bran is added and mix well. Then let it rest for 10 minutes until it becomes a thick gelatinous paste.

Mix the flour with the gelatinized bran until it becomes a dough of medium consistency. Add a little olive oil, shape it and put it in the baking tray, let it "rest" for 10 minutes.

Add to the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes.

Consumption: maximum 2 slices of 1 cm thickness/day
