Baked hake with rosemary

Merluciu copt cu rozmarin

ingredients

  • 2 pieces of hake
  • Dried rosemary leaves
  • 2 pieces of leek
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 g of broccoli
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • lemon juice, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Marinate the hake steaks with salt, pepper and rosemary leaves. Thinly slice the leek, halve the onion, mince the garlic, thinly slice the pepper and separate each broccoli floret by cutting it into quarters. Place the vegetables on a tray. Season with a little salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Place the steaks on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with dried rosemary leaves. Put in the oven for about 30 min.
