Roasted chayote with oregano

Chayote prăjit cu oregano
ingredients
  • 2 chayotes dwarf squash
  • 1 chicken leg
  • 100 g of pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • oregano
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • juice of half a lemon
Preparation
Remove the skin from the chicken thigh. Make some cuts on the chicken leg and put the lemon juice and season with salt. Let it rest. Cut the onion into thin slices. Chop the garlic cloves. Peel and cut the pumpkin into long sticks. Clean the chayotes and cut into small cubes. Place the onion, garlic, chayote, pumpkin and tomato in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and oregano and drizzle with olive oil. In the middle of the baking tray, open a space and place the chicken leg. Put it in the oven and let it bake for 45 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
