- 2 turkey steaks
- 1 eggplant
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper to taste
- lemon juice
- parsley
Preparation
Season the turkey steaks with salt, pepper and lemon juice and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. Cut the eggplant into thin horizontal strips. Add salt and let sit for about 30 minutes. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Place the eggplant strips, pepper halves and turkey steaks on a grill. Leave it on the grill. In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil and lemon juice. Place the vegetables on a plate and sprinkle with the previous mixture. Accompany the grilled vegetables with the grilled steak.
