Preparation
Grind all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Heat a non-stick pan (or a waffle iron) and spread the dough evenly. When golden on one side, turn. Repeat the operation until you run out of dough. Serve the waffles with smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, tuna or whatever else you like.
- 100g oat flakes
- 100g of spinach
- 200 ml of water
- 2 eggs
- salt, pepper and nutmeg, to taste
