Cream of pumpkin soup

Supă cremă de dovleac
ingredients
  • 200 g pumpkin, roasted and pureed
  • 1 unsweetened natural yogurt
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • 3 crushed almonds

Preparation

Roast the pumpkin and mash until you get a puree. Combine the pumpkin puree, yogurt and cinnamon and mix well. Pour the mixture into clear glasses. Garnish with cinnamon and crushed almonds.
