Oat "tapioca".

„Tapioca” de ovăz

ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 8-10 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds (flax, chia, poppy, etc.)
  • Half-ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon

Training
Put the oats and water in a container. Mix with the seeds and leave to hydrate for about 20 minutes.

It is important that the oats absorb all the water until they have the texture of porridge. In a non-stick pan we spread the dough and leave it until it becomes golden, turn it over and let it brown on the other side as well.

Using a fork, mash the avocado.

On a plate, place the paste from the oatmeal and spread the avocado, place the smoked salmon cut into small pieces on top.
