Remove the seeds from the cantaloupe. With your own utensil, make 4 melon balls and set aside. Mix the remaining cantaloupe with kefir, pepper and mint leaves and mash the mixture. Add the ice cubes and crush again. In a non-stick pan or grill, fry the ham slices. On each toothpick, make mini skewers by interspersing grilled ham rolls, mint leaves and melon balls. Accompany the cold soup with the mini skewers.
Note: pay attention to the amount of fruit and dairy consumed on the same day. The quantities provided in the program must be respected.
