Boil the egg the day before. Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut the tomato and egg into slices. Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Place the slice of bread on a plate and arrange it in layers: the tomato slices, the cucumber slices and the egg slices. Garnish with sunflower seeds to taste. Serve with iced tea.
- 1 to 2 slices of artisan bread
- 1 egg boiled the day before
- 1 tomato
- ½ to 1 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (optional)
