Sautéed chicken with spinach

ingredients
  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 300 g of spinach
  • 100 g of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 almonds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Cut the steaks into small pieces and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. In a wok or non-stick pan, put the tablespoon of olive oil, the onion cut into half moons, the sliced ​​garlic and the diced chicken breast. Let it cook. When the chicken is golden and cooked, add the sliced ​​fresh mushrooms. Let it cook. Add the spinach and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with crushed almonds.
