Preparation
Boil the water and add the lemongrass sprig. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Let cool and strain. Divide the infusion into 3 parts:
- 250 ml cold water
- 1 sprig of lemongrass
- 12 raspberries
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 2 mint leaves
- 1 ripe peach with skin

- Add the pineapple slice and mint leaves. Crush very well.
- Add the raspberries and mash very well.
- Add the peach cut into small pieces and mash very well.
