- 1 cup of Brussels sprouts
- 2 tabs of code
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 5 olives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- salt
- olive oil
Preparation
Put the already filleted cod in the cooking. Add water and a little salt to a pan and saute the Brussels sprouts.
Cut the onion into half moons. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Place a layer of onion and garlic on a baking tray.
Place cod on top and surround with Brussels sprouts and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 25 minutes.
Serve with olives.
