Mushrooms with shrimp filling

Ciuperci cu umplutură de creveți
ingredients
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 8 medium sized prawns
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • juice of half a lemon
  • olive oil
  • coriander
  • salt
  • 100 g of arugula
  • 100 g of lettuce
Preparation
Cut off the legs of the mushrooms, leaving only the "hat" part. Place the "hat" cavity side up on the grill. Cut the shrimp into small pieces. Place the chopped garlic cloves, olive oil, shrimp pieces and chopped mushroom legs in a non-stick pan. Let it simmer and season with salt. Fill the "hats" with the completed composition. Serve with rocket salad and green salad seasoned with lemon juice.
