Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 3 egg whites
- 6 shelled shrimp
- pepper to taste
- salt
- chopped chives
Preparation:
Prepare the shrimp. Put the egg and egg whites in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and chives and mix well. In a deep dish, place the well-stretched shrimps on top of the egg mixture. Microwave oven.
Suggestion:
For lunch: accompany with arugula and tomato salad
For breakfast: accompany green Aurile tea
