A delicious and healthy berry smoothie recipe. In this berry smoothie recipe I used coconut water as the base. That's why it's perfect for hydration and best drunk before or after a workout at the gym or a run.

  • 1 cup of fresh berries
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
