A green smoothie recipe that contains kale, pineapple and matcha.

This green smoothie recipe is great for weight loss, detoxification, energizing and even for fighting anxiety.

  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh mint
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple
  • half an avocado
  • 1 cup almond or soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Matcha

Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
