- 2 cups kale leaves
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- ½ cup fresh pineapple
- half an avocado
- 1 cup almond or soy milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of Matcha
Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
