SMOOTHIE "CHOCOLATE MADNESS"
Banana and cocoa smoothie recipe. It is very filling and therefore you can replace a meal with this smoothie.

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons pure, unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Medjol dates
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (no added oils or salt/sugar)

Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
