Banana and cocoa smoothie recipe. It is very filling and therefore you can replace a meal with this smoothie.
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons pure, unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Medjol dates
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (no added oils or salt/sugar)
Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
