Prepare the vegetables: chop the onion, zucchini, leek, garlic and put in a saucepan with water. Season with salt. Boil the eggs. Coarsely chop half of the lettuce. And when the vegetables are boiling, add the green salad. Cut the remaining lettuce into julienne strips. With the stove off, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and the remaining lettuce, toss well. Cut the boiled eggs. Serve the soup with the eggs.
