Cut the steaks into small pieces and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. In a wok or non-stick pan, put the tablespoon of olive oil, the onion cut into half moons, the sliced garlic and the diced chicken breast. Let it cook. When the chicken is golden and cooked, add the sliced fresh mushrooms. Let it cook. Add the spinach and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with crushed almonds.
