ingredients
- 150 g of smoked salmon
- 200 g of watercress
- 3 radishes
- ½ onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
- pepper, to taste
- 4 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, grated ginger and pepper. Mix well and let rest. Wash watercress and radishes. Thinly slice the radishes, thinly halve the onion, halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the salmon. In a large bowl, add the vegetables and salmon. Season with the sauce and add the chopped chives.
