Cut the cheese slices in half. Using a knife, cut the bottom of each cheese slice into 0.5cm strips, being careful not to cut the top of the slice. Take a toothpick and roll the top of each slice, tied with a chive leaf. Repeat for each slice of cheese.
- 4 slices of matured cheese
- 8-10 fresh chive leaves
- 8-10 skewer sticks
