ingredients
- 2 pieces of chicken breast
- 30 g matured cheese (1 thin slice - Cheddar, Swiss, Colby, Parmesan)
- 1 zucchini
- 2 plum cherry tomatoes
- basil leaves
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 juice of a lemon
- turmeric, to taste
- watercress , to taste
Preparation
Carefully slice the chicken breast horizontally. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric and lemon juice and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. Thinly slice the tomatoes, pumpkin and onion. Cut the cheese slice into thin strips. Place 1 tomato slice, 1 zucchini slice, 1 onion slice, and 1 basil leaf into each cut of the chicken breast. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with the cheese strips. Bake in the oven. Serve with watercress salad.
