- 25 g brown rice
- chives as needed
- 1 chicken steak
- ¼ broccoli
- ¼ cauliflower
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
Finely chop the onion, dice the tomatoes and cut the chicken steak into small pieces. In a saucepan, put olive oil and saute the onion, then add the tomatoes and the chicken steak. Add the rice and mix well. Pour 2 glasses of water and let it boil. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces, and cut the mushrooms into strips. When the rice is boiling, add the vegetables. Season with salt and adjust with water if necessary. When everything is cooked, let it cool a little and sprinkle with chopped chives.
