- 2 fish fillets with red meat
- 2 oranges
- salt
- pepper to taste
- nutmeg
- 50 g sliced almonds
- 200 g of asparagus
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
Preparation
Place the fish on a tray and season with salt, nutmeg and pepper. Sprinkle with the juice of an orange. Sprinkle finely sliced almonds;
Wash the asparagus and place it around the fish. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes. Serve the fish with roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes.
