Milk with spirulina

ingredients

• 1 Beauty Detox capsule
• 1 slice of ginger root
• cinnamon, to taste
• 1 clove
• 150 ml semi-skimmed milk

Preparation
Heat the milk. Open the beauty detox capsule, mix its contents with ginger root, cinnamon and cloves. Add to the hot milk and mix very well. Strain before consuming.
