SMOOTHIE "SWEET", FOR DIABETES

SMOOTHIE „DULCE”, PENTRU DIABET
If you have diabetes and are craving a sweet snack or a different breakfast than usual, this smoothie will remind you of your favorite chocolate bar, while containing diabetes-friendly ingredients (and no sugar) :
  • 150 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100 g unsweetened yogurt or kefir
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of stevia powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
  • A splash of vanilla essence

Duration : 5 minutes
