Cook the chicken steak in water and salt. Make the konjac according to the instructions on the package. Place chopped onion, quartered tomatoes, diced steak, courgettes and diced red pepper in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer. When it is well cooked, crush very well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Serve the konjac drizzled with the sauce.

- 4 tomatoes
