TROPICAL BOWL SMOOTHIE

SMOOTHIE BOWL TROPICAL
If you want a breakfast with a tropical flavor, easy to make and extremely hearty, this smoothie bowl is perfect for you. And you can certainly find the ingredients in the fridge or in the pantry:
  • 1 small mango, ripe
  • 200 g pineapple (can also be canned)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 150 ml normal or vegetable milk
  • 2 passion fruit
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes

You mix everything and that's it - you have a breakfast ready to enjoy. You can even refrigerate the smoothie for a few hours/overnight before serving to get a pudding-like consistency.
